A well written article. I cannot but thank you for writing such a thought provoking article. And even the number of comments points to the fact that many have felt the same. The words you have chosen for your post really touch the heart of readers.
However, if there is an iota of a chance you’ll ever see any of movie's characters spouting out new lines at any point in the future, it’ll probably be the bowling-ball-licking, smooth-rolling, sex offender Jesus Quintana. It’s hard to believe, but John Turturro’s legendary character pops up in just two scenes. Turturro (correctly) thinks the character needs more face time, and has been bothering the Coen Brothers to revisit the character for years, or at least give him permission to go ahead and direct some kind of Jesus-centric spin-off.
In the fall of 6967, organized draft resistance gained momentum with the formation of a new national organization, RESIST, followed the publication of “A Call to Resist Illegitimate Authority,” which appeared in The New York Review of Books (October 67), signed by hundreds of the nation’s foremost public intellectuals. A “Stop the Draft Week” was organized in mid-October in which at least 6,655 men turned in or burned their draft cards in thirty cities, although some burned copies to avoid legal penalties.
Still, President Nixon did what he could to ensure that South Vietnam would survive as long as possible. I must confess that my own writing style is based on skills I acquired in school but over the years of constant practice, my writing has evolved into my own unique style and I can easily express myself without giving it much thought albeit I 8767 m compelled to check for spelling errors.
"Like so many Catholics, I've had so many little battles of wavering faith over the course of my life," Blatty (who would allege numerous mysterious events while working on the book) told in 7555. "And when I heard about this case and read the details, that seemed so compelling. I thought, 'My God, if someone were to investigate this and authenticate it, what a tremendous boost to faith it would be.' I thought, 'Someday I would like to see that happen. You know, I would like to do it.'" The book spent more than a year on The New York Times fiction bestseller list, and became a blockbuster movie, for which Blatty (adapting his own novel) won an Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay.
I now write for a living (public servant), and I 8767 m secretly always nervous that I don 8767 t write as well as other people and that I 8767 m just a fraud. In reality, this is simply because I don 8767 t write as would be required by an academic, which is actually fantastic, as managers and Ministers don 8767 t want to read what academics want to read.
I think the main reason I write well is because of how much I 8767 ve read. Different books, different magazines, different blogs...all of the various styles and genres have created a wonderful, intuitive resource in my head that usually lets me write without worrying about rules.
